KREN geh\u00f6rt zu den Kreuzbl\u00fctenbew\u00e4chsen. Als Wildpflanzen dieser Familie sind vor allem Hirtent\u00e4schel und Wiesenschaumkraut bekannt. <\/span>Wichtige Kulturpflanzen der Kreuzbl\u00fctler sind Gem\u00fcsekohl, Senf, Pak Choi, R\u00fcbe und Raps. <\/span>Zur wichtigen Gattung Raphnus z\u00e4hlen Radischen<\/strong><\/span>, Wasabi<\/strong><\/span> und Meerrettich<\/strong><\/span>, auch kurz KREN<\/strong><\/span> genannt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Detailarbeit liegt in der Verarbeitung der Frischpflanzenteile. Nach Zerkleinerung und Trocknung wird die Konzentration der Wirkstoffe <\/span>um das vielfache erh\u00f6ht und ihre Bioverf\u00fcgbarkeit verbessert. Maca (gelatinizada) ist zus\u00e4tzlich von St\u00e4rke befreit. <\/span><\/p>\n
